The entire production from this ISO 9001:2000 certified company takes place using the latest machines and technologies. Our strong workforce is professionally trained to look into every aspect of production, starting from slicing of veneers right down till sanding and despatch.
The production is organized into different stages which seamlessly blend into one another. The individual core veneers after being treated with Formaldehyde glue are pressed together for imparting uniform thickness all over. It is then sent for sanding. The finished product is then tested for quality at our in-house R & D lab. At this stage the tensile strength of the plywood is also ascertained.
To make the final product resistant to borer, powder and termites, the best available chemicals and technology is employed. With all this we have left no stone unturned to ensure that our product lasts for ages. Care is taken so that our customer gets plywood free from the problems like: core gaps, overlapping, warping and bending tendency & corrugation.
